80jili Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. 80jili reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if eligibility requirements are not met or can no longer be confirmed.

To access real-money games and services on the 80jili platform, you must create a Player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one active 80jili account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 80jili will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 80jili customer support immediately via live chat.
• Account Verification (KYC): Before processing your first withdrawal, 80jili will require you to complete identity verification. You will be asked to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license) and proof of your payment method. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

80jili reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

80jili accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following supported payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. The following terms apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• All funds deposited into your 80jili account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. 80jili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• 80jili does not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 80jili bears no responsibility.
• By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are not derived from any illegal activity and that you are not using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.

Players may request withdrawals of their Real Money Balance subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. See Section 4 for KYC requirements.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. 80jili does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to you during the withdrawal process.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are generally completed within the same business day. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or InstaPay may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• 80jili reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. This may result in temporary delays. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Any active bonus balance must be fully wagered through before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be requested. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.

80jili offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the promotional terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered within 30 days of being credited. Bonuses not wagered within this period will expire and be removed from your account without notice.
• 80jili reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or where the promotion is no longer commercially viable.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, collusion with other players, or the use of automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only and may be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• 80jili reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a Player's betting patterns constitute bonus abuse. Such determinations are final.

All games available on the 80jili platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and specialty games — are governed by the following rules:

• All random number generator (RNG) games use certified RNG technology to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including 80jili.
• Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios and are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played. Game rules are accessible within each game interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, server error, or software failure — 80jili reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. 80jili's decision in such matters is final.
• The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session or wager.
• 80jili reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of software error, data corruption, or any other technical issue that may have affected the integrity of the game outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 80jili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.

80jili shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude 80jili's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
